During your appointment, your Optometrist will check that you prescription is up to date. They will also enquire about any lifestyle variables that may impact the type of lens you should select (e.g. if you play any sports) and how frequently you expect to wear the lenses (e.g. everyday or monthly).

​

After that, you will be taken through how to safely insert and remove your new contact lenses as well as any aftercare instructions to get the most out of your contact lenses. After a trial period with your new lenses, you will be invited to return for a final evaluation and to see how you are getting on.
